Time for more drawings from the old moleskin sketchbook, well at least the one of the Great Wall is. The others are small watercolor paintings I did from photographs I took while in Beijing last December. It's getting cold here in Tennessee and I won't be out and about much to sketch so I have stock piled a lot of pictures I took to draw and paint from when I have time. So if all goes well I can post newer stuff very soon. Hope you all enjoy these!

Nice work, Rob. So much more intimate than a photo.

I like the top two best, especially the one on the right.

Beautiful sketches-is that paper texture added digitally?

Yes I love the snow scene too. I guess living in a dry, hot climate with summer fast approaching, it looks especially appealing. Thanks for sharing.

I just went by your blog and wow..you got some really great stuff on there. The texture is actually on the paper I painted on.
Thanks for taking the time to come by and I will keep your blog bookmarked!
